Lockable consoles can be provided as part of our confidential waste disposal service. These secure consoles have letterbox openings that are specifically designed to prevent any documents being retrieved once deposited. They can be placed anywhere in your office, even on desks, and they are available in a variety of finishes. Each console is only accessible by members of Shred Alert and we empty the console by removing the free nylon sack containing the confidential waste. The waste is then transported to our secure off-site shredding facility and a new nylon bag is placed into your lockable console so it is ready to reuse straight away.
For larger companies that schedule a regular service we can provide lockable wheelie bins. Like the lockable consoles, they allow you to store confidential documents with ease. The bins are 240 litres and feature a secure locking mechanism and paper slot, making depositing documents simple.
Shred Alert have a state-of-the-art shredding station that is BS EN 15713 approved. This, combined with our affordable pricing structure and flexible plans, means that businesses, both big and small, can find a solution to all their waste disposal needs. After every shredding service we will provide you with a Certificate of Destruction (free of charge), identifying that all records were disposed of in accordance with GDPR.
